Yes! We are a 100% Gluten Free Bakery!

We are committed to serving the Gluten-Free community and their loved ones with delicious treats that are always fresh, gourmet, and made with all-natural ingredients.  Our recipes have been passed down through generations and are baked in small batches.  They are always free from preservatives, hydrogenated fats, wheat, and artificial flavors, so you can indulge in our goods with peace of mind.

We accept Cash and Venmo in person, and all major debit/credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Our bakery is a dedicated gluten free bakery as well as peanut free. We do work with other ingredients like Tree-Nuts (almond, pistachios, hazelnuts, etc), dairy and eggs. We have a limited availability of items that are vegan, sugar-free, and nuts-free.

We bake daily different products. We pride ourselves in our craftsmanship, quality and freshness or our products. That is why we bake in small batches.

Ordering, Returns, Refunds and Modifications

Orders that are needed on a specific delivery date should be placed at least 7 business days in advance. If you are getting your order shipped, please ensure that you let us know in the notes section in the cart section the date needed by. The date of arrival that you provide must be 2-3 days before the items are needed.

Almotti is not responsible for packages once they have left our facility and are with the carrier in route to final destinations. We cannot anticipate or control carrier disruptions like inclement weather or package handling. In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please contact office@almotti.com and we will be happy to assist you the best we can. Each issue is handled on a case-by-case basis.

All Sales are final.

Advanced Orders (Local Pick Up / Delivery)

  • If you are not happy with your purchase and need immediate assistance please email info@almotti.com or call 786.250.3436. These are dealt with in a case by case basis.

Nationwide Shipping Orders

  • As a policy, all our perishable treats that ship nationwide are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any order that is shipped nationwide.
  • Any changes or cancellations to a nationwide shipping order must be made at least 3 days in advance of the initially requested delviery date.
  • Almotti does not offer refunds for delays cause by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees or similar reasons.
  • In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please contact office@almotti.com.
  • All issues must be reported within 1 day of delivery and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Advanced Orders (Local Pick Up / Delivery)

  • Advanced orders for local pick up or delivery may be cancelled or modified up to 5 business days before the schedule pickup date and time.
  • Custom orders may incur in cancelation fees even if within the time frame. Contact us for more information.

Nationwide Shipping Orders

  • Any changes or cancellations must be made 3 days in advance of the initial requested delivery date. No modifications or cancellations on any order that have shipped or has already been processed for shipping.

PickUp - Delivery - Nationwide Shipping

Yes! We offer Local delivery in Miami-Dade County. Minimum order is $25.00.

We deliver to all Miami-Dade residents.  For deliveries outside Miami-Dade County we offer shipping via UPS 2ndDay / 3 Day Service.

Yes! Most of our goodies are shippable, but like anything they are freshly baked and we want them to arrive at their best. With that said we will ship all our items via UPS 2nd /3 day Air.

Oh no! We are very sorry to hear this. As our policy states we do not offer refunds due to shipping damages. We pack our product well to ensure they arrive safe and fresh for you to consume.

If your items did not arrive how they were meant to please contact UPS directly within a day of delivery with your tracking number. Please include details and photos of the damages. If you need assistance email us at office@almotti.com.
