Full prepayment is required to confirm all custom cake orders.

All payments are non-refundable once the order is placed.

Rush Fee: A $50 rush fee may apply for last-minute orders.

Advance Notice: We recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks in advance. Availability for shorter notice orders may vary.

Delivery: Delivery fees are quoted separately and vary depending on location.

Design changes or modifications must be requested within an approved timeframe prior to production.
