- Via UPS Ground (1 day in transit) flat shipping rate of $20
East Coast States
- Via UPS 2nd Air flat rate shipping of $30
West Coast States
- Via UPS 2nd day Air Flat rate shipping of $35
We ship Monday - Thursday nationwide using UPS. *(Some items not included, Breads only ship from Monday - Wednesday).
