Our beautiful and delicious gluten-free Naked Cake is Classic, made with our most popular Vanilla Bean Sponge Cake, filled, and covered with almotti succulent Italian Buttercream. Naked cake is a style of layer cake where the outside has a little to no frosting, leaving the cake’s interior layers and filling exposed. Natural texture and decorative toppings for a rustic “stripped-back” look.
