When I think about my childhood one of my most fond memories is making homemade pizza at home with my father. The smell of basil from our garden, handmade mozzarella, pomodorini di pachino (cherry tomatoes), and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (also from our garden) bring me back to those perfect yet most simplistic moments in Sicily. Simplicity truly makes perfection!

Keep your crusts frozen.
Cooking Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Season frozen crust with extra virgin olive oil
-Add a sprinkle of salt
-Tomato sauce to taste
-Mozzarella cheese
-Favorite toppings
Place on center rack and bake in oven for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is warmed through. Let it sit a minute and enjoy - Buon appetito!
